# Review AI results before you publish

> Use a practical review process for generated text and images. Check facts, audience, rights, accessibility, and layout before publishing your next project.

## Set a review standard

Review AI results against the purpose and constraints of your project. Save the original brief next to the output so that you can compare the result with a concrete target. A useful review begins with the decisions that matter most to the reader or customer.

## Verify facts and sources

Highlight claims about people, products, dates, measurements, and prices. Check each one against a reliable source and keep the source with your notes. When a claim cannot be verified, replace it with a confirmed fact or mark it for further research. Inspect quoted material and named references directly.

## Check audience and action

Read the text from the intended audience's perspective. Does it assume knowledge the reader may need explained? Is the next action clear? Remove unnecessary steps and make headings descriptive. A second reader can help identify gaps that are easy to miss when you already know the subject.

## Inspect the actual layout

View the result in its final setting, including a narrow phone screen. Check image crops, text contrast, link labels, and alternative text. For generated images, inspect object edges and any letters or numbers. Keep width and height dimensions in your publishing workflow so images reserve their space while loading.

## Record a repeatable decision

Save the final prompt, the accepted result, and the review notes. This record helps you repeat a useful approach and understand why you made a change. Use a short checklist tailored to the project rather than an open-ended request to make everything better.
