Contact support@demo.richcalls.xyz about duplicate payments, a purchase you did not authorize, or a service issue affecting a credit purchase. Include the account email, order reference, date, and a description of the problem. Support will review the payment and usage records and explain the available resolution under applicable law.
Effect on credits
An approved partial refund reverses credits in proportion to the cumulative refunded amount, rounded down. A full refund reverses all credits from that order. Payment disputes reverse the remaining credits associated with the payment.
Account balance
If the reversed credits exceed your available balance, the balance can become negative and spending is frozen. Contact support to resolve the account balance. Keep the receipt and the support reference for your records.
Payment timing
After an approved refund is issued, your payment provider controls when it appears on your statement. Contact support with the order reference when you need help locating a refund.
